Adam Frye, Co-Founder

As a founding Board Member of Workplace Innovation Network for Canada (WINCan), with certifications in Corporate Innovation from MIT, and Design Thinking and Human Centered Design from IDEO U, Adam is a lifelong adventurer and strategist with a passion for guiding teams through uncharted territory. With his background in workplace innovation and leadership, he co-founded Basecamp Innovation to create a space where leaders can collaborate, share ideas, and scale their greatest challenges.
Jenna Bossaer, Co-Founder
True innovation doesn’t come from better systems, it comes from better conversations.
As an Organizational Development Professional, with certifications in Learning & Development from Academy to Innovate HR, and Design Thinking & Innovation from Harvard Business School, Jenna's background blends elements from learning strategy, design thinking, and applied AI, to unlock the potential that already exists in the room. She founded Basecamp Innovation to help organizations build and shape cultures where curiosity is rewarded, clarity is built into systems, and change feels not just possible, but deeply human.
